Non-toxic, non-flammable. Can be permanent, or made to be removed by wash cycle. Available in both pigmented or non-pigmented formulas.
Plastisol is used as ink for silkscreen printing on to textiles. Plastisols are the most commonly used inks for printing designs on to garments, and are particularly useful for printing opaque graphics on dark fabrics.
Plastisol inks are not water-soluble. The ink is composed of PVC particles suspended in a plasticizing emulsion, and will not dry if left in the screen for extended periods. Because of the convenience of not needing to wash a screen after printing, plastisol inks can be used without a source of running water.Plastisol inks are recommended for printing on coloured fabric. On lighter fabric, plastisol is extremely opaque and can retain a bright image for many years with proper care.
An ink is a liquid containing various pigments and/or dyes used for colouring a surface to produce an image, text. Ink is used for drawing and/or writing with a pen, brush or quill. Thicker inks, in paste form, are used extensively in letterpress and lithographic printing Ink is a complex medium composed of solvents, pigments, dyes, resins, lubricants, solubilizers, surfactants, particulate matter, fluorescers, and other materials.
The components of inks serve many purposes; the ink’s carrier, colorants, and other additives are used to control flow and thickness of the ink and its appearance when dry.Ink is used to mark or decorate parts. It come in different chemical families to match the type of material to be printed (please consult the substrate compatibility chart for selection).
A macro photo of a screenprint with a photographically produced stencil. The ink will be printed where the stencil does not cover the substrate. There are several ways to create a stencil for screenprinting. An early method was to create it by hand in the desired shape, either by cutting the design from a non-porous material and attaching it to the bottom of the screen, or by painting a negative image directly on the screen with a filler material which became impermeable when it dried.
For a more painterly technique, the artist would choose to paint the image with drawing fluid, wait for the image to dry, and then coat the entire screen with screen filler. After the filler had dried, water was used to spray out the screen, and only the areas that were painted by the drawing fluid would wash away, leaving a stencil around it. This process enabled the artist to incorporate their hand into the process, to stay true to their drawing.

It is used for good indicating and beautifying effect in darkness, it can be widely used in emergency signs, passway signs, switches, enamel nameplate, road signs, toys, handicraft, clock, meter panels ,textile, fireman’s equipment, military and camp instruments etc.
